Pickle Chicken Legs

500 grams of chicken feet are cleaned and dried.

Divide the chicken feet into two halves, separate them for easy taste, and put them in the soup pot.

Prepare spices, sliced ginger.

Put all the spices in the pot, add proper amount of rice wine, proper amount of salt, boil on high heat and turn to medium heat for about 15 minutes. Do not cook too badly, which will affect the taste.
