Pickle Meatloaf

Cut the lean meat into minced meat and chop the pickles

Add an appropriate amount of water to a small bowl of flour to make a thinner batter. Add an egg and stir well

Add lean meat, pickles, green onions and a pinch of salt and stir in one direction to make the batter thicker

Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, add the batter to the pan and spread out evenly. When the crust is dry enough to shake, you can turn it over

Flip on both sides until the crust is golden brown and ready to go out of the pan
Tips:
1. My pickles are not very salty, so I added some salt. You have to decide according to your own pickles...
2. Make it thinner when mixing with flour, then change to low heat after setting the shape on medium heat, otherwise, considering that the minced meat is not easy to cook...
3. When turning the dough, wait until the dough is completely dry. If it can be shaken, the cake will break easily...
