Pickled Cabbage Razor Rice Cake Soup

1. Ingredients: razor clams (washed), rice cakes, pickled vegetables (washed and chopped)

2. Put the rice cake on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the sauerkraut and stir fry.
