My favorite is sauerkraut soup.

Ingredients

Pickled Cabbage Soup

1. Prepare your own pickled sauerkraut, wash and shred.

2. Pork belly.

3. Cook in a pot under cold water, add green onion, ginger, garlic aniseed and cinnamon.

4. Boil the pork broth in a casserole.

5. Put the sauerkraut in a casserole and simmer for 40 minutes.

6. Put the pork belly slices into sauerkraut and simmer for about 10 minutes.

7. Just add a little salt and put the casserole on the table and start eating. The casserole is not easy to cool.
