Pickled Cabbage Soup

Prepare your own pickled sauerkraut, wash and shred.

Pork belly.

Cook in a pot under cold water, add green onion, ginger, garlic aniseed and cinnamon.

Boil the pork broth in a casserole.

Put the sauerkraut in a casserole and simmer for 40 minutes.

Put the pork belly slices into sauerkraut and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Just add a little salt and put the casserole on the table and start eating. The casserole is not easy to cool.
