Pickled Chicken Feet + Pig Skin + Quail Egg
1.
First wash the chicken feet, pig skin, and quail eggs with clean water, then put the chicken feet, pig skin, and quail eggs in a pot of cold water, add an star anise, a little slice of ginger, and pepper to cook. It can be pierced with chopsticks. And it's cooked.
2.
Remove the cooked chicken feet, pig skin, and quail eggs and soak them in cold water for ten minutes. Put two slices of ginger to avoid the fishy smell in the water and soak the oil.
3.
Cut the garnish into slices and strips (according to personal preference), pour the pickled pepper, millet and white vinegar together in a container, add chicken essence and salt.
4.
Pour the chicken feet, pig skin and quail eggs into the container, put the side dishes on the surface and soak together (if the water level is not overwhelmed with the side dishes, add a little cold boiled water). Marinate for more than 3 hours.
5.
Finally, pour out the sour water and you are ready to eat!
