Pickled Chicken Feet (sour and Hot)
1.
Wash the chicken feet and cut into half and set aside. (Try to choose a smaller one, not a big root that tastes bad)
2.
Boil water in a pot, add ginger, spring onion, and old wine, pour chicken feet, and remove fishy smell and cook. (After boiling, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes)
3.
Rinse the cooked chicken feet with cold water and let cool for later use.
4.
Prepare a small bowl and pour the pepper, add boiling water to soak and set aside. (Don't pour out the water) Wait until the water is poured into the juice.
5.
In addition, prepare a large bowl and combine the pickled pepper, garlic cloves, white wine, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, pepper, carrot, cucumber, lemon
6.
Pour the cold chicken feet into the prepared sauce and stir well.
7.
Cover with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for at least one night, and eat it the next day! ! (It tastes better when marinated for more than 1 day!)
Tips:
Salt, MSG, vinegar, and pickled peppers can be added according to personal preference, and the degree of sourness and hotness is at your own discretion. (Personally, it’s sour and delicious)
The marinating time is at least one night, and the taste and flavor will be better for more than one day.
