Pickled Clams

1. Ingredients: clams (washed after spitting out the sand), millet spicy pickled peppers, red pickled peppers, ginger slices

2. Add 2.5 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add ginger slices to the pot

3. Next, add the washed clams and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

4. Put the millet spicy pickled peppers and red pickled peppers and stir fry until the clams open

5. Then, add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

6. Add 0.5 tablespoon sugar

7. Seasoning and stir-fry, ready

Tips:

The sauce of pickled pepper is a bit salty, so there is no need to add salt.
