On the basis of the old lady in the northeast next door, she added some ideas of her own.

Pickled Crispy Pickled Cucumbers

1. What I use here is four fruits, which can basically be replaced by two thorn cucumbers. Remove all halves of the tail.

2. Cut into this shape. Add table salt and stir evenly. Use this filterable basin to make it easier for the pickled cucumbers to flow out.

3. Put a heavy object on top of the cucumber. I pressed it with a basin full of water. Marinate for several hours.

4. Prepare the marinated sauce. Cut the apples into pieces, put the pieces of apples, oranges, and orange peels in a food processor and break them.

5. Add sugar, white wine, garlic, and minced pepper, and then smash.

6. Rinse the salt on the surface of the cucumber strips with running water and wring out the water. Stir in the chili sauce made before. Marinate overnight. It's ready to eat.

Tips:

When making the sauce, do not continue to add salt. The taste is sweet and sour, and it is very greasy.
