Pickled Cucumber

Wash the cucumber, cut into sections, and remove the seeds.

Mix well with salt and marinate for 15 minutes. Then rinse off the salt, use cold boiling water for the last rinse, drain the water, and set aside.

Mix the vinegar, sugar, red pepper and cucumber, and let marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
4.
Serve.
