The weather in early winter in Suzhou puts 2 angels of dehydration~above picture, plus 塩knead~below picture. (Or you can rub it directly to remove the moisture)

Use a heavy object to press the radish on to the bottom, the radish will be watered the next day~ the picture above. Filter out the water, add the sweet and sour and rub vigorously to get the flavor in. Try to eat if the taste is what you like, then stir in the sesame oil and chili oil to finish.
Tips:
Green radish is not easy to produce water, so when rubbing or pressing with a heavy object, try to remove more water, otherwise it will not be easy to taste when adding seasonings.
