Pickled Fish

Slice the sea bass with an oblique knife, add salt to the fish and vermicelli. It's better to add egg yolk, dried chili, millet pepper, green onion, pickled cabbage and sauerkraut for 2 minutes, then stir-fry the fish with oil, salt, sugar, cooking wine, and diced powder.

Start the pan and add oil ➕ fry the fish bones if the oil is not enough, then add another frying, turn over with one hand and continue frying.

Cut fish bones ➕ sauerkraut ➕ millet pepper ➕ pour cooking wine on the side ➕ pour boiling water on the side, cook for a while, you can put some bell pepper sauce (can be put or not) ➕ chicken essence, cover the pot 5- Serve in 6 minutes.

Start the pot ➕ water ➕ salt 2 teaspoons ➕ cooking wine ➕ fish meat in a few seconds to drain.

Put the fish meat on top, and pour over the hot oil and dried chilies.
