Pickled Fish

Peel garlic, peel ginger and cut into pieces.

1 package of sauerkraut. My family can’t eat too spicy food, I washed the sauerkraut and picked out the chili seeds.

Cut the Long Li fish fillet into thick pieces. (This fish can't be cut too thin, it's easy to loose.)

Put the cooking wine and cornstarch and mix well, and marinate.

Soak the wolfberry fruit and wash it. (You can use chili for spicy food. My home doesn't eat spicy food, so I put some for decoration.

Cut green onions into sections.

Wash oyster mushrooms.

Put oil in the casserole and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add sauerkraut and fry.

Pour in chicken broth and half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add oyster mushrooms.

Add the fish pieces and cook for about ten minutes

Flip slightly on the way.

After the fish is cooked, sprinkle with green onions and goji berries.
15.
Slightly spicy and delicious.
