Pickled Fish

Kill the fish, wash it, slice it, chop the fish bones, and put sauce on the fish slices.

Heat up the pan and stir-fry the sauerkraut, pour out and set aside, wash the pan, heat up, add fried fish bones, pour in boiling water, boil until the soup turns white, add sauerkraut, pickled radish, pickled peppers, white vinegar, salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.

Remove and pour into a bowl, put the fish fillets in a pot, put it in a bowl when cooked, add green onion, garlic, and pepper, pepper and scallion oil.
