Pickled Fish (lazy Version)

Long Li fish thawed

Slice into fish fillets while it’s still a bit hard, don’t be too thin

Put the fish fillets in a bowl, add some cooking wine, pepper, salt and chicken powder to marinate for 15 minutes (in fact, there is a marinade package in the package, but it was used before)

Add 1500ML of water to the pot and boil

Tips:
This pack is a pack containing 1000 grams of fish fillets. My family made it twice. This is a very lazy way to eat sauerkraut fish at home. It tastes very good.
