Pickled Fresh

1. Pork ribs blanched

2. Peel the bamboo shoots, cut into pieces and cook to remove the astringency

3. Wash and slice bacon

4. Put all the ingredients into the Corning pot and add appropriate amount of water

5. Turn to low heat and simmer slowly

6. Stew until the ribs are cooked

7. Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving.

Tips:

It is best to choose bamboo shoots for bamboo shoots, and stew for a longer time to make them more delicious.
