Prepare materials. Wash the bacon and cut into chunks or thick slices. Scallion knotted, ginger sliced

Tips:
1. You can also add tofu knots and sprinkle with shredded ham according to your preference.
2. The bacon already has a salty taste. If the mouth is light, do not add salt. You can add salt while tasting.
3. No matter what kind of soup you make, add enough water at one time.
