This pickled duxian was seen on the food show of Shanghai TV, because it not only contains spring bamboo shoots, pork belly and bacon, but also grass chicken and lettuce, which are really fresh and messy!

Pickled Fresh

1. Cut fresh pork belly into small pieces and soak for a while

2. Rinse the bacon with warm water

3. The grass chicken is clean and cut into small pieces

4. First get the meat out of the water

5. Put water in the pot and add chicken nuggets, ginger slices and green onions. After boiling, remove the blood foam

Tips:
