Pickled Fried Tofu-mixed Porridge Side Dishes

Put the small pepper and salt in the basin and prepare.

Pour in boiling water and let cool.

Cut the tofu into thin chunks.

The oil is hot and start to fry tofu.

Tips:
1. When putting tofu in the frying pan, be sure not to turn it in a hurry, wait until the side next to the bottom of the pan is cooked and turned, so that the fried tofu pieces are all intact
2. If you like to eat hard, you can fry the fried tofu once in the pan.
