Lemon has whitening and weight loss, vitamin C supplementation and anti-cancer effect. I usually drink a cup of lemon from time to time. Fresh lemons are too sour, and I can't finish them one at a time. Let me introduce you to marinating lemons with honey.

Ingredients

Pickled Honey Lemon

1. Lemons bought in supermarkets usually have a layer of wax on them. Put the lemons in water, add starch and salt, soak for a few minutes, wash and dry.

2. Remove the dried lemon before and after, slice it for later use.

3. Take an oil-free and water-free airtight container and put honey in the bottom.

4. Put in a slice of lemon

5. Put a spoonful of honey

6. Repeat this cycle

7. Finally, cover with a layer of plastic wrap (if the container has a good sealing effect, you don't need to cover with plastic wrap)

8. Finally, put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator for 1 week.

Tips:

Be sure to use a water-free and oil-free container. Do not have water on the container and lemon, otherwise it will deteriorate. Usually use chopsticks to pick it out. Do not use warm water (40°-50°) on the chopsticks when brewing. Use hot water to brew a few ice cubes in summer, super refreshing
