Pickled Hot and Sour Radish Slices
1.
Wash the radish and slice it in half, the thinner the better
2.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and marinate for an hour
3.
Pour out the water in the pickled radish, add the chili, sugar, and vinegar and stir well (because my wonderful mother-in-law only bought one chili for me, it is not very spicy)
4.
Pour the stirred radishes into a tightly sealed container and put them in the refrigerator to marinate overnight
5.
This is the finished product after marinating for one night. It's very delicious, put it back in the refrigerator when you can't finish it
Tips:
If you like the spicy one, put more pepper, and if you like the sour one, put more vinegar. This taste is not inferior to the hotel at all
