Pickled Mustard Shredded Xiuzhen Mushroom and Plum Peas

1. Ingredients: shredded mustard tuber, Xiuzhen mushroom (cleaned), plum beans (picked and washed)

2. Pour the picked and washed plum beans into a pot of water, blanch until cooked, remove.

3. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms and shredded mustard tuber and stir fry.

4. Then, add the blanched plum beans and stir fry.
