Pickled Pear

The fresh potherb must be dried in a ventilated place for a while to evaporate the water.

Rinse the potherb mustard and drain the water.

Prepare a larger pot and put it in a layer of potherb mustard.

Sprinkle another layer of salt, and so on

Marinate for 3 days, turn it frequently halfway through, so that the spicy flavor of the potherb must be volatilized.

Put the marinated potherb mustard in a container and pour the marinated soup. Eat as you go.

The pickled potherb must be washed to remove the salt and cut into diced pieces.

Add sesame oil and balsamic vinegar and stir well.
Tips:
The potherb mustard is already pickled, so don't add any salty seasonings. If you like spicy food, you can add pickled peppers.
