The main ingredient is salted potherb must be soaked in advance to remove part of the salt. Most of the pickled potherb must be stewed. Today, it is fried with minced meat and it is also a delicious meal.

Minced Pork Potherb Mustard

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: salted potherb mustard, pork, carrots, green onions

2. Soak, wash and chop the potherb mustard

3. Pork diced

4. Dice carrots and green onions

5. Hot oil, sautéed chives

6. Add meat and stir fry

7. Then add carrot diced

8. After stirring evenly, cook the light soy sauce

9. Add potherb mustard and stir fry

Tips:

1. The soaking time of potherb must be based on the saltiness, soak the potherb must be slightly salty.
2. Because of the salty taste of Potherb mustard oil, do not add salt.
