Minced Pork Potherb Mustard

                                Main and auxiliary ingredients: salted potherb mustard, pork, carrots, green onions

                                Soak, wash and chop the potherb mustard

                                Pork diced

                                Tips: 
                                1. The soaking time of potherb must be based on the saltiness, soak the potherb must be slightly salty.
 2. Because of the salty taste of Potherb mustard oil, do not add salt.
