Pickled Pepper Chicken Feet
1.
Wash the chicken paws, cut off your nails, split, and rinse!
2.
Star Anise, Cinnamon Bark, Herbs, Dried Chili, Chinese Pepper
3.
Add high-grade white wine to the top condiments, mix well with salt, and marinate for at least three hours. I used to marinate overnight.
4.
After three hours, directly add water to the pot to cover the chicken feet without taking out the condiments.
5.
Bring to a boil on high heat, turn off the heat and cook for 15 minutes. (If you eat a bit rotten, cook it longer, if you eat it chewy, you don’t need to cook it for so long)
6.
After turning off the heat, do not rush to take it out, soak for 20 minutes or longer for more delicious taste.
7.
Then pick out the chicken paws and rinse them. This step is very important. Rinsing can remove some grease. The back is very refreshing.
8.
Control dry water, put it in the pot again, cut celery, onion and pickled pepper
9.
I used to put cold boiled water over the chicken feet and put pickled peppers, so it took more than ten days to soak for the taste. Now my husband is in a hurry, I change to pickled peppers and pickled pepper water, then a little bit of cold water, then salt and vinegar.
10.
I put two packs of pickled peppers. Mix them well.
11.
Then put it into the refrigerator! The container must be cleaned without oil.
