Pickled Pepper Spicy Konjac

Cut the konjac into small pieces and soak in water for later use.

Chop pickled peppers and pickled ginger.

Cut garlic into garlic.

Mince the shallots.

Add oil to the pot, add an appropriate amount of Red 99 hot pot seasoning and sauté until fragrant.

Add pickled pepper, pickled ginger, and appropriate amount of dried peppercorns and stir fry.

Pour in the konjac and cooking wine and stir fry for 2 minutes over medium heat. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion on the plate after the pot.
