Pickled Peppers and Quail Eggs

1. Ingredients: Wangchao (washed), quail eggs (cooked and peeled), millet spicy pickled peppers, red pickled peppers, ginger slices

2. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

3. Afterwards, add the cleaned looking tide and add proper amount of cooking wine.

4. Stir fry.

5. Next, add the quail eggs and stir fry.

6. Then, combine the millet hot pickled peppers and red pickled peppers, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

7. Finally, add the right amount of salt.

8. Stir the seasoning well and serve.

Tips:

Pickled peppers have a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.

Do not add water if there is water coming out of the tide.
