Pickled Radish

Wash the green radishes grown at home, and white radishes are fine too.

Cut into small halves.

Cut it one by one.

After cutting it, put some salt in it and marinate it for an hour to kill the water.

After an hour, the water came out. Wash it with clean water to squeeze out the excess water.

Put all the spices in a bowl for later use.

Just put the sliced radish in the sauce, marinate for a few hours and eat it, the longer it tastes, the better.
Tips:
You can add more seasonings with more cut radish, and adjust the juice according to your own taste.
