Pickled Radish

Cut all kinds of radishes into 1cm square, uniform size dices

Mix 7 grams of salt and marinate for 1 hour to remove moisture

Pour out the water and add sugar

Pour in white vinegar and mix well

Chop the pickled peppers and add them to the diced radish, pour in the juice of the pickled peppers

Marinate for more than 4 hours (marinate for one night to taste better)

1: White radish must choose fruit white radish, this kind of radish is crispy and spicy
