Pickled Tomatoes in Mint Plum Juice

Wash the cherry tomatoes and remove the stems. Prepare a pot of boiling water. Put the cherry tomatoes in boiling water and blanch them for about 3 minutes.

Take out the hot cherry tomatoes and rinse them with cold water. Then you can easily peel them. Take a pickled bowl, and put the peeled cherry tomatoes + plums into the bowl.

Wash the mint and drain it, take the mint leaves and put it in, put in the fine sugar, press the orange out of the juice and put it into a bowl together

Shake the whole bowl to make it evenly mixed, then put it in the refrigerator and marinate for about 4 hours.
