Pickled Vegetables and Shrimp Soup

Ingredients: prawns (washed), pickled vegetables (washed and cut)

Cut the washed shrimp into sections with scissors and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, combine the cut prawns and add some cooking wine.
5.
Add some water to a boil and cook until the shrimps gurgle and change color.
6.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
7.
Add the right amount of MSG.
8.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
