This potato bun is simpler than ordinary meat buns. You don’t need to learn to pinch the folds. Just pinch the mouth tightly, poke a few holes with chopsticks or toothpicks, and then wrap it with a mixture of cocoa powder and sticky rice noodles. The finished product is more attractive than meat buns.
