Pig's Trotter with Wine Sauce

Wash pig's feet

Pour cold water with pepper and white wine into the trotters

Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes

Pour the dark soy sauce with cooking wine and oyster sauce
5.
Pour the green onion, ginger and garlic
6.
Pour the spices
7.
Pour in rock sugar beer and simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes
8.
Open the lid to collect the juice
