Pig's Trotters with Grass and Milk Soup

Brew with hot water for half an hour

When buying the trotters, chop up small pieces, soak them in clean water to remove blood, blanch them in a hot water pot for two minutes, remove them, and rinse them off with warm water. This will remove odors.

Tips:
