Pigeon Soup
1.
Fresh pigeons are killed well and cleaned
2.
Prepare shiitake mushrooms and green onions and wash
3.
Put the pigeons in a casserole and add the right amount of boiling water
4.
Add cooking wine, shiitake mushrooms and green onions
5.
Adjust the heat in the health pot, cover and start to simmer
6.
