Piglet Buns

Warm water to dissolve yeast powder and baking powder, add flour, icing sugar, and milk powder to mix into dough, then knead it into dough and put it in a warm place to wake up for 15 minutes

Then put it on the kneading pad and rub it into a long strip

Use a dough cutter to cut into small pieces, roll the remaining corners into thin strips and cut into small dices.

Knead the dough into an oval shape, make the nose with the larger small noodles, poke the nostrils with chopsticks, pinch the noodles to make the ears, and paste two black sesame seeds to make the pig’s eyes

Use silicone oil paper to cut the hot water in the steamer into a circle to make a cushion. Cover and let it sit for 40 minutes

Double the size and start steaming for 15 minutes

Simmer for 2 minutes and it will be out of the pot. Use excess dough to make small steamed buns, small wowotou, and flower dough

Tips:
1. Don't add too much corn flour, or the taste will be rusty\n2. After forming, it should be doubled and then steamed\n3. After simmering for two minutes, it will be out of the pot, otherwise a lot of steam will fall on the small steamed buns.
