A piece of what is Peppa has brought fire to this family. Now the elderly and children know what Peppa is. Today, I made a pot of Peppa pig buns, which can be made soft and cute without molds. Peppa Pig Mantou~ Also, the pink one is Peppa’s sister, and the blue one is younger brother George.

Piglet Peppa Mantou

1. Pour all the flour into a bowl, add milk, yeast and sugar, and knead into a dough. Because the amount of flour absorbed is different, you can reserve 10 ml of milk for later use.

2. Take 2/3 of the white dough and add the appropriate amount of red yeast rice powder and knead it into light pink. Take 1/2 of the remaining dough and add the red yeast rice powder and knead it into red. After taking 1/4 out of the final 1/2 dough, add butterfly bean pollen and knead it. Turn blue and leave to ferment for 1 hour.

3. After fermentation, the dough is vented, the pink dough is divided into 6 parts, and one part is rounded and flattened into a circle with a diameter of 5cm.

4. Use a spatula for plastic surgery, and then pinch out the shape of Peppa Pig’s long nose

5. Put it on greased paper, take two small strips as ears, dip a little milk on it and stick it on your head

6. Divide the red dough into 3 portions, take one portion and squeeze it, cut off a little with a piping mouth, and dip milk on the pink dough

7. Finally, add eyes, hands, shoes, and take 1/3 of the black dough out of the white dough, add bamboo charcoal powder and knead it for black. The blush and mouth can be made by removing the red dough.

8. After everything is done, put it on a steaming tray or a steaming tray. I use a cooking pan. I bake it in a steamer and leave it to ferment for about 20 minutes.

9. The steamer or steamer is steamed on high heat for 18 minutes. After simmering for 5 minutes, take it out. The chubby piglet Peppa and George are ready~

10. Isn’t it super cute?

Tips:

If you are not familiar with the operation, you can make one and put it in the refrigerator to prevent fermentation. Be sure to cover with plastic wrap during the operation to prevent the dough from drying out.
