Pimple Soup

Prepare the ingredients, cut tomatoes into small pieces, soak the fungus and chop them.

Pour clean water and tomatoes into the health pot.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the flour several times, and use chopsticks to adjust it to a flocculent shape.

Wait for the tomatoes to boil for 2 or 3 minutes, then pour in the flour and stir clockwise with a spoon/chopsticks.

When the flour is dispersed, add the fungus.

When the health pot shows that there is 1 minute left, pour the egg mixture, stir well, cover and simmer for a while. After pouring out, add a few drops of sesame oil and a little salt to the bowl.
Tips:
Tofu, coriander, etc. can also be added to the pimple soup, which can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
