Pine Kernel Corn

Prepared materials.

Wash the pine nuts and fry them in a pan over medium-low heat and remove them.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and add the corn kernels.

Add the carrots and stir fry.
5.
Add salt and sugar.
6.
Turn off the heat, pour in the pine nuts and stir-fry evenly.

Serve out of the pot.
Tips:
1) It is best to use sweet corn kernels in tender bags for this dish.
2) Avoid eating corn with snails, otherwise it will be poisoned; try to avoid eating with oysters, otherwise it will hinder the absorption of zinc.
