Pine Kernel Corn

Prepare the raw materials. I peeled off the outer skin of the corn kernels. I have already peeled half of the corn kernels in the picture.

Peeled corn kernels and pine nuts with husks removed

For other ingredients, cut into dices about the size of corn kernels.

Corn kernels generally don’t need to be peeled. My little treasure has weak digestive function, so I removed the corn husks.
