Pine Nut Large Yellow Croaker

Wash yellow croaker to absorb moisture

Prepare the seasoning

Spread the white wine and salt evenly on the fish body, then add green onion and ginger to marinate for half an hour

Tips:
1. The yellow croaker is marinated and then cooked for better taste
2. The oil temperature should be controlled during the fish frying process. If the oil temperature is high, turn to medium heat.
