Pineapple Beef

The pineapple must be washed clean. Use scissors to cut all the small leaf thorns on it, and then use a brush to clean it.

After the beef is sliced, rinse in water for 30 minutes. Then add ginger rice, steamed meat powder, watercress, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, sugar, white pepper noodles, pepper, cooking wine, lard and butter mixture and mix well

Cut the pineapple from 1/4, then scoop out the meat inside and put it in a bowl for later use

Put the gauze on the top of the steamer, then spread the beef evenly on it, boil the water and steam for another 20 minutes

Prepare a little water soy flour and use it for the final thickening

Tomato sauce: Pour a little salad oil in the pot and fry the tomato sauce. After frying, add water to it, not too much. Then add sugar, salt, and chicken essence. After it boils, slowly pour in the bowl of water soy flour to thicken it. The water thickens, pour it into a bowl and set aside

When beef 8 is mature, you can put it in the pineapple. It must be filled, but don't make it too crowded, or it won't be steamed thoroughly.

Put the pineapple in the steamer and steam for 5 minutes again, mainly to let the meat mature, and to stimulate all the pineapple aroma into the beef.

After 5 minutes, take the pineapple out and sprinkle with chopped green onion and garlic. Then boil some oil in the pot, put the dried sea pepper section in, there is a fragrance, a little discoloration, and immediately pour it on the chopped green onion and garlic to fry the oil

Arrange the pineapple balls and pour the boiled tomato juice on top.
