Pineapple Eight Treasure Rice

Prepare materials.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for 6 hours.

Add water, olive oil, and sugar to glutinous rice.

Put the glutinous rice into the microwave and steam it.

Wash the raisins and goji berries.

Put the ginkgo into the water and cook for later use.

The pineapple goes to the stem.

Take out the inner flesh.

Dice the dug out pineapple and dice the dried apricots.

Put raisins, dried apricots, honey beans, longan meat, ginkgo, and wolfberry into the steamed glutinous rice.

Tips:
1. When steaming glutinous rice, add less water. Firstly, the glutinous rice has been soaked. Secondly, the pineapple will be steamed with pineapple shells in the later stage.
2. Various fruits can be added as you like.
