Pineapple Fried Rice

Cut the pineapple into a quarter, cut through the flesh with a knife, and scoop out with a spoon. (About 1cm in size, soak in salt water)

Prepare ingredients: diced beef, carrots, ham, two eggs, sweet corn kernels.

First, beat the eggs and fry them in hot oil.

Pour all the ingredients except the rice and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Pour in the prepared rice and stir continuously to prevent it from sticking to the pan. You can pour some pineapple juice left over when you dig the flesh to make it more flavorful. Add a little salt in the meantime.

Turn off the heat and sprinkle some chopped green onion and a little MSG before serving. (It's okay if you don't add it, personal taste)

Put the fried ingredients into the pineapple shell!
