Pineapple Fried Rice

1. Cut the pineapple in half.

2. Make a few strokes with a knife and scoop out the meat with a spoon.

3. Soak the dug pulp in light salt water for 5 minutes.

4. Prepared ingredients, shrimp, carrots, crab sticks, onions, broccoli, you add according to your own taste (ps: our baby likes to eat broccoli).
