Pineapple Fried Rice

Prepare a small pot of diced vegetables of various colors and stir-fry them for 80 to 90 minutes.

Cut the fresh pineapple in half, remove the pineapple meat, cut into small pieces, and soak in salt water for later use. Clean the pineapple shell and set aside.

Stir-fry the rice, add the fried vegetables of various colors and the pineapple soaked in salt water, stir fry for one minute, put it in the pineapple shell, and serve. The biggest advantage of this pineapple fried rice is that you don’t need to wash the dishes after eating😄
