Pineapple Fritters Shrimp

1. Clean the shrimp, remove the shell, pump the shrimp line, wash and control water for later use.

2. Use the back of a knife to chop the processed shrimp into shrimp glue, add appropriate amount of salt, green onion ginger water, and starch, and stir evenly. Cut the fried dough sticks into small pieces of about 1.5 cm, stuff them with shrimp glue, fry them in a frying pan until crispy, control the oil and set aside.

Cut the pineapple into pieces the same size as the fried dough sticks, soak in light salt water for a while, remove them and set aside.

Tips:
Use the back of a knife to chop the shrimp glue to keep the shrimp particles and taste better.
