Pineapple Fritters Shrimp

Pick the shrimp thread, remove the head, peel off the shell of the shrimp and wash. Cut the shrimp into small pieces, add a little wine, salt, and pepper to marinate.

Cut pineapple into small pieces and soak in light salt water.
