Pineapple Jam

Prepare pineapple and winter melon

Wash the wax gourd, peel and remove the seeds, and cut into pieces

Peel and slice pineapple, soak in salt and boiling water for later use

Put the winter melon in the steaming grid and steam it

Use a blender to stir the winter melon into winter melon puree, filter to remove the juice
