Pineapple Pork Ribs
1.
Wash and cut ribs, add red wine and marinate for 15 minutes.
2.
Peel the pineapple, cut into pieces, and set aside.
3.
Cut the Chaotian pepper into small circles, and cut the shallots into chopped green onions for later use.
4.
Prepare Heinz ketchup, it's best to add oil and stir fry. But I omitted it because I was too lazy to wash the pot. The specific method of laziness is like 10.
5.
Heat the pot, add a small amount of base oil, and saute the chili rings and chopped green onion.
6.
Put the ribs in the pot one by one. I have to use a non-stick pan, because I don’t like too much oil, so I don’t put too much oil, and the fat of the ribs will be broken down during the frying process. Finally, I dumped the excess oil.
7.
Fry the ribs until the skin is golden and no bleeding.
8.
Add pineapple chunks and stir fry for a while.
9.
Shovel the pineapple chunks and ribs aside, pour in the tomato sauce and stir fry for a while, then stir-fry the pineapple chunks, ribs, and tomato sauce. Put some salt before serving. The ketchup itself is a bit salty, so you can add a little less salt.
10.
Start the pot, serve, and start eating.
