Pineapple Pumpkin

Peel the old pumpkin and cut into thick slices.

Cut pineapple into small cubes.
3.
Heat the wok and add oil, add the diced pineapple and stir fry.
4.
After the pineapple has softened, add the pumpkin slices.
5.
Add a bowl of water, cover and simmer.
6.
Press the pumpkin with a shovel to penetrate it easily, add salt, and stir well.
